Alternative Care Services is a short-term residential facility offering 14 crisis beds for adults with mental illness and/or
chemical dependency as an alternative to hospitalization. 24 hour awake staff to support the needs of the residents.
Arbor House Transitional Housing provides transitional living offering 12 beds for adults with mental illness.  The
maximum length of stay is 18 months.  24 hour awake staff to support the needs of the residents.  Arbor House also has 4 independent apartments for rent.
Sahnish Permanent Housing provides permanent housing offering 8 beds for adults with mental illness.  24 hour awake staff to support the needs of the residents.

Serenity is an 8 bed transitional residential facility for adults with mental illness and/or chemical dependency. 24 hour awake staff monitor the needs and safety for the residents while instructing in daily living skills.
Cooper House is a permanent residential facility offering 42  beds for homeless adults. 24 hour awake staff to monitor the  needs and safety of the residents. The facility is a joint effort with the Fargo Housing Authority, Southeast Human Service Center, Family Health, county social services and local law enforcement agencies.
Gerridee's Place provides long-term residential options for individuals engaged in the Inter-disciplinary Dual Diagnosis Treatment model.  There are 10 beds and 4 two-bedroom apartments available.  24 hour awake staff to support the needs of the residents.
Hope Haven is a transitional residential facility offering 8 beds and 7 individual apartments for adults with mental illness. 24 hour awake staff to monitor the  needs and safety of the residents.
Next Step is a short-term transitional residential facility offering 15 beds for adults receiving chemical dependency treatment. 24 hour awake staff to monitor the  needs and safety of the residents.
Edwinton is a permanent residential facility offering 40  beds for homeless adults. 24 hour awake staff to monitor the  needs and safety of the residents. The facility is a joint effort with the Burleigh County Housing Authority to provide safe supportive housing options for homeless individuals seeking permanent housing.
